May 7, 2007: Newport Hospitality Group awards Acela Technologies a contract to conduct wireless surveys and deployments for Xirrus WLAN array technology in several properties.
April 2007: Acela Technologies announces it’s membership in the Frederick County, MD Chamber of Commerce.
April 2007: Acela Technologies is awarded a subcontract to Sycamore Systems of Frederick, MD to provide secure world wide wireless network services to the US Department of State on the HITSS contract.
March 2007: Sun Microsystems awards Acela Technologies a contract to design and deploy an information transport system for the NFL.com website based in southern California.

November 2006: Constellation Energy Group (CEG) awards Acela Technologies it’s third contract to design and deploy an in-building cellular network to support Verizon Wireless and AT&T Wireless at its Nuclear Plant in Oswego, NY.
November 2006: Acela Technologies joins Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) and is primary contributor and author of wireless DAS white paper for industry.
July 2006: Maryland Governor Bob Eurlich meets with Acela Technologies at it’s Frederick, MD headquarters during to launch his minority business initiative.
May 2006: The Marriott Hotel Resort on Marco Island, Florida awards Acela a contract to design and deploy a converged wireless that will provide cellular and WLAN service throughout the resort.
February 2006: Daryl Boffman, President & CEO of Acela Technologies is selected “Entrepreneur of the Year 2005” by the Maryland Technology Council.
January 2006: Acela Technologies is awarded it’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification by the State of Maryland.

October 2005: Marriott Westfield’s Conference Center awards Acela Technologies a contract to design and deploy a converged wireless network throughout the meeting and conference space that will enable cellular services from Cingular Wireless, Sprint-Nextel, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile and provide wireless guest internet access.
September 2005: Mercersburg Academy awards Acela Technologies a wireless contract to deploy it’s first Distributed Antenna System WLAN network supporting Apple Computer on it’s Mercersburg, PA campus.
September 2005: Grand Lakes Resort awards Acela Technologies a contract to design and deploy a converged wireless network to provide cell phone and VoWLAN services throughout the entire 2.5M sq ft resort
